International Shipping

  • We offer worldwide shipping through trusted international courier partners.

  • Estimated delivery time: 10–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

  • Any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes applicable in your country will be borne by the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • In case of visible damage to the package upon delivery, please refuse to accept the parcel and inform us immediately.

  • If you receive a damaged product, report it within 48 hours with photos/video proof at connect@navgrahndpl.com.

  • For lost shipments confirmed by the courier, we will arrange a replacement or equivalent compensation.
