Refund Policy

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Navgrah Dhoop Private Limited (“Navgrah”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we take great care to ensure that every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Because our items are personal-use fragrance products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been delivered.

However, we do allow exchange in the rare case of a manufacturing defect or transit damage.

1. No Returns or Refunds

  • All sales made on www.navgrahndpl.com are final.

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds due to reasons such as change of mind, dislike of fragrance, or incorrect product ordered.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

2. Exchange Policy (Manufacturing Defects Only)

We are happy to offer an exchange for the same product (or an equivalent one, if unavailable) only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue or during transit.

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email at connect@navgrahndpl.com with:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos/videos showing the defect or damage

    • Original packaging (where applicable)

After verifying the issue, we will confirm eligibility for exchange and arrange a replacement shipment.

3. Exchange Conditions

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The defect or damage must be verifiable.

  • Exchanges will only be processed after the returned defective item is received and inspected by our team.

  • Exchange approval is at the sole discretion of Navgrah Dhoop Private Limited.

4. Process & Timelines

  • Once your exchange request is approved, a replacement will be shipped within 7–10 business days.

  • You will receive an email notification once the replacement has been dispatched.

  • In case the same item is unavailable, we may offer a similar product of equal value.

5. Shipping for Exchanges

  • If a manufacturing defect or transit damage is confirmed, we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For cases not covered under manufacturing defects, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.

6. Non-Eligible Items

Exchanges are not applicable for:

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery

  • Partially used or opened items

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Delayed deliveries due to courier issues
